These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mya777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mya777.casa. mya777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification of eligibility.

Each Player may register one (1) account only on the mya777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device profiles, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR)

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued Malaysian identification document — MyKad, Malaysian Driver's Licence, or valid Passport;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing the Player's name and address;
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their identification document.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Typical verification time is 24 to 48 hours from the date of submission. mya777 reserves the right to request additional documentation in circumstances where the standard documents are insufficient to confirm identity.

Players are responsible for keeping their account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. mya777 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

mya777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to the Player's account wallet within the processing time applicable to the chosen payment method — e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant, while FPX transfers may take up to 15 minutes.

All funds deposited into your mya777 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account investigation and potential suspension.

mya777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside mya777's control. Players are advised to check with their bank or e-wallet provider regarding applicable charges.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified for withdrawals exceeding MYR 1,000;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's name;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50;
• The maximum single withdrawal is subject to the Player's VIP tier and account verification status, as detailed in the Withdrawals section of the Player's account dashboard.

• Bronze: Within 4 business hours of approval
• Silver: Within 4 business hours (priority queue)

• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion terms — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion;
• Abuse Prevention: mya777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through structured betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any form of collusion.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the mya777 sportsbook and live betting markets. Sport-specific rules are published in the individual sport sections of the betting platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mya777 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of a manifestly incorrect odds publication (see below);
• Obvious Errors: mya777 reserves the right to void bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous or the result of a technical error, regardless of whether the relevant outcome has already occurred. Settlement will occur at the correct odds where these can be reasonably determined;
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per selection, market, and event. These limits vary by sport, competition, and bet type. mya777 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion;
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and reopened at mya777's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and returned to the Player's account balance;
• Result Determination: All bet settlements are based on official results as published by the relevant governing body or league. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other football competitions, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and UEFA are the respective official governing bodies;
• Void Bets: In the event that a sporting event or match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mya777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of crime;

The following tools and protections are available to all registered Players:

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mya777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by mya777 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned following completion of outstanding wagering obligations and verification requirements.

All content on the mya777 platform — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of mya777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from interruptions, technical errors, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, system failure, or events beyond mya777's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mya777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mya777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mya777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.

mya777 will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data shared with third parties is limited to that which is strictly necessary for the operation of the platform — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory compliance purposes.
